No, customers are not allowed to bring or consume their own food and drink
You may bring your own party favours to the venue, however no alcohol is permitted (Example Miniature Spirits, Prosecco, Shots, Wine etc.)
Please Note: No Table Confetti is Permitted.
You may bring your own celebratory cake, however it cannot be consumed in the venue, if you wish to give your guests a slice of the cake to take away please bring suitable packaging to do this as we are unable to provide these.

Yes, However Friday's & Saturday's we are an adult environment which includes various groups of Hen Parties with adult props and a party atmosphere with alcohol consumption.
Any children attending Jam must be supervised and remain seated at their table
If you Exclusively Hire the Venue all under 18's must vacate the premises no later than 10pm.
Yes, we have an accessible lift located at the entrance, an accessible WC is available, please let us know in advance if these are required, there is also limited blue badge parking directly opposite the entrance on Sir Thomas St. and also at the rear of the venue located on Peter St.
The nearest car park is located adjacent to the venue on Victoria St. There is no loading/unloading located outside the venue.
Unfortunately pets are not allowed in the venue with the exception of assistance dogs.
